Technical issues with the video player could be caused by a variety of factors, but a lot of the time, the issues are easy to fix.  Try either of these troubleshooting steps:

1. Refresh the page.
2. Restart your computer.

If you are still having issues, try any of the following:

1. Ensure that you have a good Wi-Fi connection when viewing the videos.
2. Move closer to the Wi-Fi router.
3. Close out of other browser tabs and background apps/programs.
4. Make sure your browser’s 3rd-party cookies are enabled.
5. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies and make sure it is updated.
6. Lower the video quality, especially for longer videos (the setting for this can be found on the video player itself).
7. Use Chrome or Firefox, which seem to perform better with our programs.
